Thank you for shopping with Doodles Designs. Below you’ll find details about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to the UK only 

• If your location is not listed, please contact us to check availability.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping option).

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers).

• Restricted or embargoed countries (as determined by shipping carriers or regulations).

6. Delays & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.
